Creating Your Password`
Whether you’re creating your password on our mobile app or on a browser, please ensure that it meets all of the requirements below:
Password should be at least 12 characters long and must contain at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Numeral
- Special characters
Changing Your Password
If you remember your current password but would like to change it, begin by opening your Artist Connection App and logging in with your current credentials.
- Tap the menu icon in the top left.
- Tap Change Password.
- Type your new password, making sure to follow all of the listed requirements.
Forgot your password? Simply open your Artist Connection App, enter the email your account is associated with. An email will arrive in that inbox with instructions on how to reset your password.
