How to view and respond to feedback
Once you shared your Project, the End Users you shared it with can respond through the Artist Connection mobile app. Any comments, suggested changes and questions are compiled in one place for easier review.
End User Feedback must be enabled first, learn how to enable feedback here.
- Click Albums from the left hand menu.
- Click on the Album you want to view feedback on.
- Scroll down to the Feedback section. This is where you can view and respond to all submitted feedback.
- To reply to a user’s feedback, simply click on the Enter field on the response you want to reply to and type your message into the text field. Click Save to send your message or Discard to delete your message.
